Kada je Larian prvi put najavio Baldur’s Gate 3, svi smo mislili da izgleda impresivno, ali nije bilo moguće predvideti nivo uspeha koji će finalno izdanje postići. Igra je postala jedna od najbolje ocenjenih igara godine, a sada je Larian zaokružio stvari osvajanjem nagrade za igru godine (GOTY) na TGA.
The Game Awards su održane sinoć, a prestižna nagrada GOTY je dodeljena kao poslednja velika nagrada na ceremoniji. Na osnovu glasova žirija od 200 medijskih kuća za igre, uz milione glasova javnosti, Baldur’s Gate 3 je osvojio nagradu za igru 2023. godine.
Pored toga, Baldur’s Gate 3 je sada objavljen i za Xbox, tako da je Larian ostvario svoj cilj da igru izbaci na PC, kao i na Xbox i PlayStation konzole pre kraja godine.
Dok su igre poput Alan Wake II i Spider-Man 2 bile u trci za nagradu GOTY na The Game Awards ove godine, po našem mišljenju, ovde su postojala samo dva potencijalna pobednika – Baldur’s Gate 3 i The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Obe su lansirane ove godine sa visokim kritičkim priznanjima i obe imaju ukupnu ocenu 96 na Metacritic-u, rangirajući ih među najbolje ocenjene naslove svih vremena.
